Sen. Kristin Phillips-Hill (R-York) has announced mobile office hours to assist eligible local citizens with applications for the Property Tax Rent Rebate Program. Last year, Phillips-Hill supported significant expansion to the Pennsylvania Property Tax Rent Rebate Program, which will benefit an additional 175,000 senior citizens across the state.

“These mobile offices will allow seniors from across southern York County to have the opportunity to meet with someone face-to-face and walk through the application process that will provide property tax and rent relief,” Phillips-Hill said.

The mobile office hours will be held at the following locations:

- York Area United Fire & Rescue Station

- Date: Thursday, April 4

- Time: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

- Location: 50 Commons Drive, York, PA 17402

- Penn Township Municipal Building

- Date: Thursday, April 18

- Time: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- Location: 20 Wayne Ave., Hanover, PA 17331

Individuals are encouraged to visit during mobile office hours with questions or concerns or reach out to Phillips-Hill’s district office on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The office is located at 6872 Susquehanna Trail South in Springfield Township.

Phillips-Hill and her team are dedicated to serving the community and ensuring access to vital state services.
