Of the 2,021 people living in Tyler Run in 2019, 49.6 percent (1,003) were women and 50.4 percent (1,018) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the York County News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 604-to-470. In the 65 and over age range, there were 381 females and 209 males.
