Of the 2,580 people living in Dillsburg in 2019, 55 percent (1,420) were women and 45 percent (1,160) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the York County News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 768-to-656. In the 65 and over age range, there were 278 females and 151 males.
