Later that day, he announced the passage of a school nutrition bill: “Today, the House passed the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act, ensuring students can once again drink whole and 2% milk in schools—helping our kids get the nutrients they need to grow strong. The following afternoon, Smucker emphasized support for small businesses: “Small businesses employ nearly 160,000 Pennsylvanians across PA-11. The Working Families Tax Cuts includes my provision to make the 199A Small Business Deduction permanent, helping businesses invest with certainty in their employees and long-term success. Lloyd Smucker has represented Pennsylvania’s 11th District in Congress since replacing Joe Pitts in 2017 and previously served in the Pennsylvania Senate from 2009 to 2016. He was born in Lancaster County in 1964 and currently resides there.
