On April 15, 2026, Smucker posted: “It’s Tax Day, and Pennsylvanians are averaging $3,511 in tax cuts across the state thanks to the Working Families Tax Cuts and @HouseGOP for providing meaningful relief for families. PA-11 families deserve to keep more of what they earn.”
The following day, on April 16, 2026, he commented on legislative votes: “Every Democrat voted AGAINST: No Tax on Tips No Tax on Overtime The LARGEST middle-class tax cut in history Republicans delivered for hardworking Americans. Democrats voted against them.”

Lloyd Smucker has represented Pennsylvania’s 11th District since 2017 after replacing Joe Pitts. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in the Pennsylvania Senate from 2009 to 2016. Born in Lancaster County in 1964, Smucker currently resides there at age 59.
