Senator Kristin Phillips-Hill, who represents Pennsylvania’s 28th Senate District in York County, shared updates this week on transportation projects and expressed appreciation for emergency dispatchers.
On April 13, Phillips-Hill posted a link to the week’s PennDOT scheduled projects across York County: “ICYMI: Here are this week’s PennDOT scheduled projects across York County https://t.co/XloQSxiat5”.
The following day, she relayed an announcement from PennDOT regarding upcoming safety improvements in Windsor Township. On April 14, she wrote: “.@PennDOTNews announced today that an intersection safety improvement project on Route 124 (East Prospect Road) in Windsor Township, York County, is set to begin next week.

Later that evening, Phillips-Hill acknowledged the work of local emergency dispatchers. Her April 14 post read: “The first first responders.

Phillips-Hill serves as Majority Caucus Chair in the Pennsylvania Senate and holds several committee assignments related to banking and insurance. She is affiliated with the Republican Party and provides constituent services such as assistance with state issues and legislation tracking (official website). In addition to legislative duties, she engages with residents through programs like unclaimed property sessions and a “Senator for a Day” event aimed at high-school students. In 2025, she introduced measures designed to improve cybersecurity and expand access to naloxone throughout Pennsylvania.
