Harrisburg Area Community College issued the following announcement.
On Dec. 24, 2020, HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, entered into an agreement of sale with the City of Lebanon for HACC’s Lebanon Campus building at 735 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 17042.
As part of the sale, HACC will lease a portion of the building for at least five years – at no additional cost.
The sale will satisfy all our bond obligations and provide the College with a five-year no-cost lease. Since we will no longer own the building, HACC will no longer be responsible for services such as facilities, custodial and security.
HACC remains committed to its students and employees and the Lebanon community. HACC offers more than 15 programs at our Lebanon Campus.
We anticipate the sale to be completed in June 2021. We will work to minimize disruption for students and employees during this transition.
