York City School District issued the following announcement April 6.
The School District of the City of York has developed a plan to ensure the continuity of education for our students while keeping the health and wellness of everyone a top priority. Click the links below for instructions and guidance on how all 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade students will be expected to continue learning through this mandated-closure. We encourage you to use patience as 9-11 grade courses will be uploaded in the coming days, continue to follow these steps daily to check for updates on your course work.

Student remote help email and the text line are running behind because of the volume of requests. Please be patient as our IT department is working diligently to answer your messages. When you write into technical support you must include the following:
1. First and last name of student
2. Grade of student
3. The program you are trying to log in to and or the issue you are experiencing
Messages that do not include the information outlined above may experience a longer wait time.
