Smucker, who has represented the district since 2017 after succeeding Joe Pitts, took to the platform to acknowledge a local community member, offer assistance through his office, and announce his upcoming e-newsletter.
On March 28, 2025, Representative Smucker posted a tribute to Lloyd Henry, highlighting his longstanding dedication to the community. "On February 16, 1945, at age sixteen, Lloyd Henry joined the Lampeter Fire Company. He’s been a member now for 80 years, serving the company many years as Chief. I presented Mr. Henry with a copy of remarks entered into the Congressional Record to honor his 80 years of selfless."
In a subsequent post made on March 29, 2025, Smucker reached out to his constituents to remind them of the availability of his office for assistance. He stated, "Our offices are here to help you, please do not hesitate to reach out."
