State Representative Wendy Fink | Pennsylvania 94th Legislative District
HARRISBURG — Representatives Wendy Fink (R-Red Lion) and Joe D’Orsie (R-Manchester) are inviting constituents from the 94th and 47th Legislative Districts to attend an upcoming concealed carry seminar. The seminar, presented by Attorney Seth Springer and the York County Sheriff’s Office, will cover Pennsylvania's concealed carry laws, the permitting process, and rights under the Pennsylvania Constitution and Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
“This is a great opportunity for constituents interested in concealed carrying to learn more about the process of getting a permit and the laws in our state,” said Fink and D’Orsie. “The right to bear arms is clearly spelled out in both the state and federal constitutions. We hope our constituents take advantage of this free opportunity to learn more about Pennsylvania’s laws so they can be effective advocates for our rights and confident in their ability to legally defend themselves.”
The event will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7, from 9-11 a.m., at the Springettsbury Township Building in York.
The York County Sheriff’s Office will also accept checks or money orders of $20 to process concealed carry permit applications at the event. Payments should be made payable to the York County Sheriff’s Office.
