Representative Tom Jones from the Lancaster/Lebanon area is organizing two series of events designed for both children and adults. The aim is to engage residents with their government and educate them about the nation's founding principles.

The first series, Kid Patriot Songs & Storytime, will start on February 10 at Jones' office in Elizabethtown. It targets children from preschool to second grade and includes songs, stories, and activities with an American theme. These sessions will also take place on April 14 and May 12. A parent or guardian must accompany the child, and light refreshments will be available.

For adults, Jones offers a six-week video series titled Constitution Alive!, which begins on February 24. This program will focus on the U.S. Constitution's significance and explore how individuals can honor the sacrifices made by the nation's founders.

Both event series are free to attend, but registration is required via phone or through RepTomJones.com/events.

"Reaching residents of all ages has been a goal of mine since being blessed to serve the people of the district," said Jones. "These two series of events will help get residents more engaged in the government while teaching them more about our nation’s founding principles."
