State Representative Wendy Fink | Pennsylvania 94th Legislative District
Reps. Wendy Fink and Joe D’Orsie are set to host a concealed carry seminar for residents of the 94th and 47th Legislative Districts. The event, scheduled for September 7 from 9-11 a.m., will take place at the Springettsbury Township Building in York.
The seminar will feature presentations by Attorney Seth Springer and the York County Sheriff’s Office, focusing on Pennsylvania's concealed carry laws, the permitting process, and constitutional rights related to bearing arms. "This is a great opportunity for constituents interested in concealed carrying to learn more about the process of getting a permit and the laws in our state," stated Reps. Fink and D’Orsie.
During the event, attendees can submit checks or money orders for $20 to apply for concealed carry permits through the York County Sheriff’s Office. Payments should be made payable to the York County Sheriff’s Office.
