Rep. Wendy Fink of Red Lion is inviting residents from the 94th Legislative District to participate in a concealed carry seminar. The session, which will feature Attorney Josh Prince and representatives from the York County Sheriff’s Office, aims to educate attendees on Pennsylvania's concealed carry laws, the permitting process, and constitutional rights related to firearm ownership.

"This is a great opportunity for constituents interested in concealed carrying to learn more about the process of getting a permit and the laws in our state," said Fink. "The right to bear arms is clearly spelled out in the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Constitution of the United States of America. I hope people take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about Pennsylvania’s laws, so they can be effective advocates for our rights and confident in their ability to legally defend themselves."

Scheduled for Thursday, March 14, from 6-8 p.m., the event will be held at the Chanceford Community Room located at 33 Muddy Creek Forks Road in Brogue.

Additionally, attendees may have their concealed carry permit applications processed by the York County Sheriff’s Office during the seminar. The processing fee is $20, payable by check or money order to the York County Sheriff’s Office.

For those wishing to RSVP or inquire further about the seminar, contact Fink’s office at 717-244-9232 or visit her official website.
