Borough of Felton recently issued the following announcement.

The County of York is involved in a strategic planning process, Building a Better York County.  In order to ensure that the community’s thoughts and ideas are heard, an online community survey has been launched on 7/13/2021.  We are asking for your help to promote this survey throughout your networks.  Funded by the Powder Mill Foundation, the survey is occurring in two phases.  The first phase was a random sample mailing, administered by the Arthur J Glatfelter Institute for Public Policy at York College of PA.  We are now in the second phase where the online survey is open to ALL RESIDENTS through 8/13/2021.
