St. John the Baptist Catholic Church recently issued the following announcement.
COMMITMENT WEEKEND
June 4th & 5th
Thank you to all who came out on Sunday, May 15 to learn more about the Brighten Our Foundation Capital Campaign projects and goals. There was great discussion and questions during this Campaign Meeting and we look forward to continuing to share the updates as we move forward in this important endeavor. Please continue to look for the Renovation Committee updates in the bulletin and here on this webpage.
Each household should have recently received a packet of information on the campaign that outlined the different projects of the campaign (see "Project Brochure" at the top of this page). We encourage each household to take time to discern their participation in the campaign and then complete a commitment form (also found at the top of this page).
We will be holding Commitment Weekend here at St. John's on June 4th & 5th. After all Masses that weekend, each household will have the opportunity to turn in a commitment form to make a pledge or gift to the Brighten Our Foundation Capital Campaign. While we are asking that pledge forms be returned at this time, your gift can start at whatever time is convenient for you. These pledges are very important as we continue discussions with contractors. Any work will depend on the timeline of our parishioners' generosity.
Secure campaign contributions may also be given here via our parish e-giving platform, Vanco.
Each and every gift, no matter the level, makes a difference. Thank you again for your prayers and support as we continue through this effort. We are truly blessed by our wonderful parish family here at St. John the Baptist!
