Penn State York issued the following announcement.
Mark your calendar for Oct. 28 when the York LaunchBox presents speakers from Cooking with the Pros and Susquehanna SCORE. The question-and-answer session, at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom, is free and open to the public.
Jennifer Heasley, Cooking with the Pros owner, founder, and an entrepreneur, will share her story of starting her own business. John Tile, the Susquehanna SCORE Chapter chairperson, will share information about this year’s Next Step Grant, which Heasley won last year.

The Invent Penn State initiative was launched in 2015 by Penn State President Eric Barron and is aimed at driving job creation, economic development and student career success by connecting aspiring entrepreneurs to those who can help bring their ideas to the marketplace.
