The following event will take place this weekend and affect traffic in the City of York:
Friday August 26
- George Street Dining will close George St. between Philadelphia St. and North St. from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- A building demolition will close Princess St. between Cherry Lane and Beaver St. at 7:00 a.m.
- PA Cigar Box Guitar Festival will close Market St. from Penn St. to Newberry St. between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- George Street Dining will close George St. between Philadelphia St. and North St. fro
- Welcome Bash & Baptism will close Chestnut St. between Pine St. and Broad St. between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Motorists should exercise caution in these areas due to increased pedestrian traffic in these areas.
