Evangelical Community Hospital Foundation has revealed the three local ambassadors for its 2025 Ambassador Challenge. This annual fundraiser supports healthcare services provided by WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital in the Central Susquehanna Valley. The chosen ambassadors are Dr. Daria Keyser, a physician at WellSpan Center for Breast Health in Lewisburg; Ryan McNally, senior director of strategy execution at WellSpan Health; and Stacey Napoli, a business leader based in Selinsgrove, known for owning Ciao Bella clothing boutique and co-owning Isabella’s Ristorante and Bella’s Pizzeria.

The Ambassador Challenge is a four-week campaign aimed at raising awareness about WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital’s role in the Central Susquehanna Valley and generating funds to enhance this impact. Each ambassador is tasked with raising $30,000 to reach a combined target of $100,000.

Kendra Aucker, senior vice president of WellSpan’s North Region and president of WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital, emphasized the hospital's reliance on community support: “For nearly 100 years, our community hospital has been supported by a generous community of friends. It is thanks to that support that we are able to grow vital services and programs that touch the lives of everyone who lives in the Central Susquehanna Valley."

The campaign benefits the Foundation’s Century Fund, part of its Beyond 100 Campaign, which seeks to sustain key programs, expand services, upgrade equipment and facilities, and plan for the region’s future healthcare needs.

Dr. Daria Keyser shared her experience as a part of the Evangelical family: “As a physician, I have experienced firsthand the importance of specialized care services and programs for our community members.”

Ryan McNally underscored the hospital’s integral role in the community: “For my family and many others throughout the region, WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital has been there for us during all stages of life."

Stacey Napoli highlighted the hospital's comprehensive commitment: “WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital is a huge asset to our community...The hospital cares not only for the patients it serves but is also invested in the community as a whole.”

Community members can join the ambassadors’ efforts by donating online and participating in contests on the Ambassador Challenge website. An online auction also provides another avenue for support, running from April 24 through May 22, with various prizes up for grabs.

The foundation expressed gratitude to sponsors supporting the challenge, which include Bucknell University, McNees, Mifflinburg Bank & Trust, Cornerstone Independent Asset Management, and The Daily Item.
