Lloyd Smucker, born in 1964 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, has a long history of public service. He previously served in the Pennsylvania Senate from 2009 to 2016 before succeeding Joe Pitts in the U.S. Congress in 2017. Residing in Lancaster, Smucker continues to represent Pennsylvania's 11th District.
